i here by informing you complaint against wrong sms received regarding credit card of hsbc bank on mobile no.[protected].the detail of sms received as..dear customer statement for your credit card ending 6088 has been sent at your mailing address payment due on 15 march 13 total payment due rs 8006 mini payment due Rs400.3 sender name is vm-hsbcin.we want to ask you to whom you want to send this sms because we have never purchased or subscribed any credit card of any bank plese rectify your bank record and sms record of your valueable customers i will be highly thankful to you if you respond our complaint as early as possible and inform me at my e mail address [protected]@yahoo.com

HSBC Credit Card — Wrong practices!

Dear sir

I recieved online security device which you had sent but i am unable to activate that device why because i forgotten my password and i reqested you to set my new password for internet banking as early as possible.

HSBC Credit Card — Wrong sms

Respected Sir / Madam,
I received a sms from HSBC stating that there is an outstanding of Rs.216085.57 on my card bearing no.****1625. However, on verification I've found that I do not possess any card bearing such number. Moreover, I have never used HSBC card for any purposes.
I tried to contact the helpline but all the numbers are busy and I'm unable to contact the customer care. This is really very annoying and troublesome. Please look into the matter that no such harassment is caused to the public by such private banks.

I am hoding a credit card of your bank which is completely paid of by April 2007.Today I have received a sms that some big amount is payable by me.I have not used my credit card at all since Apri l 2007. From wheire this amount has come.

Credit Card — SMS

Date: 25.09.2009
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that you always send the following message:
"You have a new IDEA bill for Rs.____ due by _____. This bill will be processed on ____."
but later on you send another SMS that you have insufficient amount in your account and hence were are unable to pay your bill. What is this? If you can pay my bill then pay the same under intimation to me and debit the same in my account and if not, you should stop sending the above messages and kindly do not pay my bill, I will pay it myself.
