[Resolved]  HSBC Personal Loan — clearance subject

Respectd Sir

I had availed personal loan from HSBC Rs.38800/- on august 2008 vide HSBC Loan No.[protected]

and i had paid all the amount 31 installments x Rs.1992=Rs.61,752 and as per the loan agreement i will have to another 5 installments of Rs.9,960
i had asked HSBC people to hand over all posted cheques which i have submited during the time loan availed i am ready to clear the loan across the table but this people are not ready to settle account


in the same time HSBC has shared information with CIBIL as defulter

this has hamperd my finacila status

please kindly direct this people to settle the account at the earlist
