[Resolved]  HTC Mobile Phone — service problem

I have htc mobile. it fell down last week, from that time onwards, the battery charge is not coming for even a half day. Can I know good service center in Bangalore, near Hosur Road?

where is the service centre of HTC in delhi. my mobile model is HTC 3400i & is on warranty period. 2 days back there is leak from screen. what to do for this. suggest me

I have purchased one no. of HTC P3400i (bearing IMEI no.: [protected]) on 28.08.2008 from Chinmoy Textiles, Ahnedabad through ebay.in. But on 11.09.2008 the unit hangs and after removing the battery the unit could not be switched ON. So I have given the defective set to our local service centre (Salora International) vide complaint id: HTC/GWH/91. They have delivered the set on 13.09.2008 with replacing the main board (vide new IMEI no.: [protected]). After that the set again gives problem with keypad not functioning and poor backup, so I have given the set for repair to APACE solutions on 11.08.2009 vide Job sheet no.: HTC/APC/85. Now they have delivered me the set on 22.08.2009 with again main board replaced and now the new IMEI no. is: [protected]. And after that from 28.08.2009 evening a new problem arise. The problem is that the loudspeaker always activates and it doesnot switch OFF if we want to off the loudspeaker, also the phone hangs and none of the switch is working at that time. I have to remove the battery to make it work again. So I have given the set again to the service centre on 29.08.2009 vide Job sheet Sl no.: 341.
I am very much mentally upset & harassed to have it as it performs very poor during my usage period and I didnot expect such poor performance from a set like HTC. I also have a Gigabyte Gsmart i128 model and till now it is working fine without any disturbances. So I request you to do the very needful to get it replaced ASAP. I do not want this set any more instead I will prefer the HTC P3400 (the previous model) instead of the P3400i. If my above said request could not be fulfilled then I will lodge a complaint at the National consumer helpline and release a copy of the complaint in all the leading newspapers.
So I hope you will do the very best to solve the issue and get it replaced at your earliest.

I had purchased HTC touch 18months back. Since last month, i found battery drainage happening very soon. With 100% of battery charged, battery lasts for 8 hrs with minimum incoming calls. Need to charge twice during the day. Need solution on SOS basis, as i am frequent traveller. Finding difficult to manage the mobile recharge intermittently

my htc mobile phone touch pad (i.e screen)is not working...can u help me... i need the service centre number nearer to tamilnadu or otherwise inside of the tamilnadu...

Please change your attitude in respect of doing Business in a place like Bangalore. I have bought hTC P3400i last year there is no proper response from the service center, before that there is no proper service center in Bangalore if its there also its too far to go n get it done, its like going out to give not a mobile for service instead giving BMW car for service center. Please look into it...

I have bought a HTC p3400i in the month of Sep 2008. The problem i am facing with this phone is when this phone goes in the power saving mode i am unable to recieve any call from the caller if though continuos ring goes to the caller. once i bring back from the power saving mode the mobile starts ringing. Because of above problem i have given my mobile to Salora Internatonal on 15 Sep-09 to repair but till date no reply has been given to me and whenever i am trying to call to service centre with given number only ring is going,
