[Resolved]  HTC Mobile Phone — service problem

I bought a HTC mobile HTC Desire 600C on[protected] thru
Flipkart online shopping.It started giving trouble by switching off
automatically in Jun-July 2014. So I gave this mobile for repairing in service
centre at Laxmi Nagar Distt. Centre in August 2014. They returned the mobile
after 12-14 days. It worked ok for 15-20 days & again started giving same
trouble. Finally again I gave the mobile to same service centre on 23-Sept-14
with a commitment that mobile will be repaired within 10-15 days. But today its
been 23 days no body bother to call up neither from call call centre nor from
company. I have been running pillar to post.All in vain. Spoken to HTC company
representatives who says there is no spare part available which is desired so initially they gave
tentative date of return of mobile 10-Oct-14. Now they say the tentative date
of repair is 29-Oct-14.My question is if the company do not have spare parts
then why should I suffer...and what is the surety that on 29-oct-14 I will get
my mobile back...They should replace the mobile & give me a brand new
mobile...I am highly annoyed with the company ...who do not care about their
customer...I do not understand why these multinational companies behave worse
than Indian companies once they enter Indian market...may be they come to know
about Indian system who do not care about customer...Please Please help me to
come out of this loop. I repent on my decision of Buying HTC mobile.

I have given my htc desire 816g to repair on[protected], my first sim is not working in my jamshedpur, jharkhand collection center they have sent to repair my phone n they said they will return in 20 days i got back my phone unpaired with same problem what they for they kept my phone i don't know for so long again i have submitted this phone in collection to repair the same problem on[protected] but the collection center kept my 14 with them unnecessary, when i got angry they send my phone on[protected], n now they r saying they will take more 20 working days to repair my phone.
The htc has the worst worst n worst servicing n i will strongly recommended my friends n family to buy htc phone better than this to buy samsung or apple u r having the worst servicing center n they don't have rudeness behavior...

HTC Desire 700 dual - I bought HTC mobile 10 months back, My htc desire 700 mobile phone is restarts automatically, It may average 10-15 times in a day. Please give a suggestion for me.
