I have placed an order at http://www.cakesnflowers.com/ on Feb 9’2011 for express delivery with order number 11381 and Customer Id 70856.
We got a call from delivery boy at around 10AM on Feb 10’2011 and spoke with him regarding the delay he guided us to the help line number which is [protected] and the person who attended was veenth I suppose. When I tried to explain him that the delivery has been late since the option specifies it will be delivered in 3 hours he has been rude and answered that the option even says this is accepted only till 5pm when I quested him back then why did the why was the option being enabled even after 5pm and why did the site accept when we selected it, immediately he got angry and hug up saying sorry madam u can do whatever you want to and now you are neither been delivered the cake nor refunded the money back.
My point is if they do not accept the delivery after 5pm and since though the request was made at 9 since it was accepting. The responsible person taking the delivery should not accept the request as it’s after 5 if their site doesn’t has the proper functionality and should return the money. In spite of trying to explain the same he hung up because he has the money and feels that no one can do anything.
I would like to take an action on this site so that no other person is mislead by no guarantee either to the delivery nor to the amount paid.
