Hutch — not received my deposited amount

Hi

I(B.Santosh Kumar with hutch#[protected]) applied for HUTCH postpaidon JAN 24th 2008).
I paid 400 RS as a deposit to your employee named Manjunath.He came to my office
and collected the amount from me.The application got rejected and I didnt received
my money back upto now.

I talked this issue with the hutch executive mahesh([protected]) fro many times and he is not able to respond.

I fed up with the issue and I decided to go consumer court with this matter.
And here I am sending my notice to u.

Hutch — refund of security deposit

i had paid a security deposit of rs 2000 to hutch formerly known orange in mumbai.
in july aug 07 i disconnected the services of mumbai hutch, as place where i mostly use the mobile comes under maharashtra circle.
despite promising to give refund vodafone has not yet refunded the amount, saying tht the billing address is not in their circle, for 7 year i used the mumbai num on same address.
its really worst experience with vodafone.

Hutch — Threat by Hutch Person

I was using M No [protected] ( Hutch), and I have disconneted this number an year back.

I have paid all the due amount.

Today morning I have received a call from the No.[protected] that a complaint has been filled against me & I have to appear in the court today, other wise a team of police will move from to my house & attest me.


This was told by that Gunda that I have to contract to Mr. A K Singh ( Adv. Tes Hazari ) immediately. I contracted Mr. Singh immediatedly but he told that he is not aware with this matter.
I have tried this number 20 times but body has lift the phone.


& a lot of Abuses was also given to me on phone, as this phone was received by my wife she is patient of heart she would have to taken to Hospital immediately by my neighbours.

Please suggest that whether I have to file a Police Complaint against this.
I have written complaiont in Voda Fone service E Mail but I have not received any response.

Thanks God know my wife is out of danger.
But I want to file a Police complaint this to SSp office.

Hutch — talk time not credited

I have recharged for Rs.224 as i got a sms offer for full talk time offer for Rs.224. But when i recharged for the same, my talk time was done only for Rs.126. What the hell is this ?
