[Resolved]  Hyderabad Metro Water Works — Bribe for supplying water tanker at Kondapur

Hi,

W bookd the water tanks through online phone booking 155313 for two times as there is ground water and no facility for municipal connection.
Before supplying water tanks, water tanker driver calling and asking us to pay Rs. 200 extra in addition to the amount on water bill..This comes around Rs. 625 for residential purpose.

We keep get calls from this mobile no.[protected] and demand from us to pay extra and if we don't commit and they say we will not supply. When we try to contact no.[protected] and we get auto message voice to complaint 155313. When we try to contact this no. 155313 to complain, they will say to contact [protected] and reject to take complaint.

More over, when we book , they will ask us every time water connection meter no. and lot of time need to discuss to to book under Domestic for residentail usage .

Token no. booked for water supply..9907 and 3899.

Hope some one would help to get hazzle free water supply and take necessary stringent steps this type of water mafia works .
