Hyundai i20 — insurance not given

i purchase i20 car from KC Hundia (A Unit of K.C Jammu Auto Mart Pvt. Ltd.) , NH -1, BYE PASS ROAD CHANNI HIMMAT JAMMU, on 13-08-09 and i also insured it from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE Co. Ltd.. after five months i met an accident and my car was badly damaged. And i claimed the insurance and Mr. Ashwani (manager K.C Hundia) he not evan listen to me but speak to me rudely and also abuse me, and denined to give any insurance.
