[Resolved] Hyundai Santro — Warranty Issue | |
Hi, I had purchased a new Santro XING XL on 1st November, 2007. During the negotiations with the dealer – TAFE, Chennai, they had promised me that they would give me 2 years extended warranty. At the time of purchase, the sales person informed me that I would get the warranty by end of December and would ensure I get it. Its January 16th now and till date I haven’t heard from them, when I called in to check, I get a reply that “We need to check”. This is outrageous and against all corporate ethics and don’t least expect from Hyundai, I would request somebody from Hyundai to look into the matter seriously. COMPLAINT IS WITH THE TYRES THAT THEY REQUIR REPLACEMENT ONLY AFTER 23000 KM IT IS VERY RARE . I THINK THERE IS SOME FAULT IN WHEEL BALANCING .IT IS CHECKED BY DEEP MOTORS FOUND OK BUT WHY THESE ARE DAMAGED . YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE CHECK THE VEHICLE BY THE COMPANY AND RPLACE THE TYRES IF THERE IS SOME FAULT MANUFACTURING IN THE VEHICLE AND ASSURE ME THAT THE TYRES WILL NOT DAMAGED AFTER REPLACEMENT IF VEHICLE IS OK . REPLY ME BECAUSE WARRENTY IS LESS .ABOUT ALL OTHER MATTERS I AM SATISFIED
