Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against the Hyundai car dealer Rishabh Hyundai Motors, Okhla Phase-II, New Delhi. I have booked a Hyundai Santro GLS Euro -III Car in their showroom. I have paid full down payment to them and the balance payment through HDFC Bank. After receiving full payment, when I go there to take delievery, they told me that there is some problem in that car. they refund my down payment which i gave them cash but they didn't gave me the loan cancellation or rebooking amount (Rs 2000) which is asking my HDFC Bank from me . HDFC bank told me that I have to bear that amount. I don't know why should I bear that amount. you are requested to lodge my complaint and please take action on Rishabh motors.

hyundai/santrogls — balancing
car is not running properly there ius a issue in balancing its going automaticaly on right side i have visited hyndai service center many times but they are not able to give me a proper solution so please take a corrective action on my complaint
