[Resolved] Hyundai — Faulty/Troublesome Car | |||
Hi, I had bought a Hyundai I-20 Diesel Car, Sportz Version from Talwar Hyundai and from the day 1 there is a problem in the Gear Box as its noisy and vibrates a lot. The pick up of the car also was very bad. I had given the Car to Lakshmi Hyundai and its been given to them for over 16 working days now. The Co has not been able to figure out the exact problem and are just researching on the same. The part which needs to be replaced is also a trial and error method. I want a new car to be given to me as this Car is hardly 3 months old and the problems are from day 1 itself. Can anybody please help me out? Was this information helpful? | |||

I emphathise with you fully. Typical Korean mentalilty, no humanity.All they are doing is, cheating people in India and siphoning money to their bloody country.

I am owner of your hundai i 10 car purchased in 2008
my regestration number is gj-1-hq-3642
Since i had purchased the car i always complain for my stearing problem.
but al the time it wil be ok its a new car and so on.
but last saturday i had a severve problem with the car and the stearing was stuick up
i fel that its a truck stearing or what
after caling your service provider he says its a company fault.so they pick up my car from my home.
but now after 7 days they don't have parts and al is sent to head ofice and company.
this is causing inconvience to me and my family. i had to move aroung 50 kms per day by rikshaw and my family has to borow car from relatives.
I hereby request to lok into the mater and do nedful.a
or i had to move to consumer court for legal action.
no responce is ben given from your tal fre numbers also.

Can I get the contact details of the CEO/ MD of Hyundai Motors India Limited?The company's response to enquiry is shameful - This is a company from which you cannot buy.
Tried to get a car dealer to contact me for their premium offering, requested the company HQ and all I recd. was an e-mail asking for details of the errant dealer.
Good work and an excellent example of how to keep the customers away.
