I HAVE A I-MINT CARD NO-[protected] WITH NAME OF RAKESH KUMAR GOYAL I filled petrol at my car. They refused to accept the imint card saying that the special machine to swipe imint cards has not been installed or not working and they are helpless in this regard. So i complaint many times in I-MINT customer care they always says your complaint has been solved but the hpcl petrol pump said we have no I-MINT swiping machine. I have a proof of this petrol pump cash memo . The petrol pump name is M/S RAMLAL BANSIWAL & SONS IN DELHI.SO, PLS SAID WHAT CAN DO Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

H.P. Petrol — Not accepting imint cards

I filled petrol at Autolines, University Road, Pune 2 days back. They refused to accept the imint card saying that the special machine to swipe imint cards has not been installed anywhere in Pune and they are helpless in this regard. If this is the case then why have I been sent an imint card and of what use is it to me? If what the people at the petrol pump say is true then when are the said machines going to be installed at Pune?7e19a

I face the same problem in Chennai.
For over a year now, the COMCO petrol pump in North Usman Road-Bazulla Road Junction in TNagar, Chennai is saying the same excuse. No help from customer care.
