I am utterly fed up with the administrative system in the i mint company.
I had called up the i-mint customer care regarding my i-mint card for
which i was given a reply that "the card will be delivered within 15 working days".
45 days had passed and i then called up the same customer care again regarding
my card and they then mentioned that the card will be despatched soon
so i requested them to send the card in my new address.
Now the company has sent the card to me after 100 days, and that too
to my previous address. I am so angry and pissed with them, I really dont know how to react to such a system. Please help.!!

I-mint complaint — Not able to view the point summary
Hi,I m Mr. D P Joshi, resident of Delhi and an I-mint card holder which I have got in lieu o[censored]sing my ICICI debit and credit card.
My I-mint card number is [protected].
We have been following up with the exectuives and senior in realtion to the technical error which is getting displayed every time we log in to the I-mint website to view our statement/point summary. Even it has been tried by their themselves and they have given us committment of 7 working days to get the problem sorted.
There have been no follow up till now. I am facing thsi problem for the last 2 months and not able to get a concrete solution for the same.
Looking forward some feedback from them at the earliest.
