Dear sir,

My client Mr. Bipin Patel, Dy. Mamlatdar from Jamnagar never wanted any credit card of your bank.

Though you/bank are giving again and again cards to my client.

In this way my client is totally harrassed by time, money & energy.

So, please get it back within 15 days from my client or me.

Otherwise my client has to take further legal action in legal way and for that you/your bank will be responsible for that. Plz mind well.

The Expense of this notice will be paid by you that is also be seriously noted.

i mint — reward points

since last 5 months my reward points 4000+ have not been credited to i mint inspite of my several follow-ups and your promises.

i was not get the card upto now, just check and do the needful

reward point card — have not received i mint card

ICICI Bank credit card had now transfered all it's card holders earned reward points to imint program. If you call them for issue of MINTcard they say their server is down, it has happened 10 times or visit the imintpoints.com, when you write there no reply.they sell every product at very high prize, which ws not the case earlier with ICICI bank reward point. At the most any item costing about Rs 400 or so, you might see 450 or max 500 poitns will be taken for that. But just e.g. on imintpoints, for simple Barista Rs 100 voucher costs you 800 points.
This is clear loot from the customer. I suggest ICICI should cancel this imint program and continue with old reward program.

i mint — No replacement

I had redeemed more tha 6000 points to receive some third rate cushion covers which were supposed to be of embroidered silk. I returned it citing its non compliance to the specification. I think i made a mistake. I lost that too.
More than a month has passed and there is no replacement nor any word about it. These people are taking everybody for a ride i guess and ICICI should detach itself from this bogus company called i mint. They are minting for themselves at our costs.

i mint — Reimbursement of advance money

I write on behalf of Arambagh Hatcheries Ltd. This company had paid Imint 1,00,000/- to be a partner. For some reason that did not work out. We have been asking for our money back since last 6 months. I have been contacting Mr Debdulal Banerjee of Kolkata office. He had been telling us he is trying to get the amount returned. He also asked me to contact Mr Gaurav Bhatnagar of Bangalore office who looks after these accounts. I emailed him twice, both unanswered. I finally managed to get him over phone on 27.7.11 and he said amount will be reimbursed shortly. Now nobody is answering my calls or replying to my emails, not even their complaint cell.
