[Resolved]  Icfai Mba Course — Reimbursement of Fee

I have enrolled for the ICFAI MBA programme 2006 & paid the full amount Rs:83,000/-
But the present scenario states it doesn`t have an approval.
Pls advice me how can I get the Fees back.

An individual joins MBA course for the purpose of acquiring a professional degree which will help in advancing in once career. As mentioned that full payment has be done with a intention of pursuing the program. If someone wishes to discontinue for unknown reasons, the institute cannot be blame for the same. I usually see that the Icfai web page contains information on recognition and documents in support of it. Why don’t you write drectly to Institute and seek clarification on specific issues?

The ICFAI University, has been approved by the UGC, under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.

Cant we get back our paid fees if the student is not in the position to continue the learning program due to some family or financial reason .
