Dear all, ICFAI university is a totally hopeless university, staff at ahmedabad are not worth their jobs. There is no attention towards problems and grievances of students, who trusted them. Well they fail you for 4-5 marks, charge for everything they do. Paper checking style is done by non-professionals, they just want to pass the % of students they can place. Day by Day they are degrading their standards. They do no understand the meaning to distance learning programs and so I am quiting this university and would not suggest any working professional to join and waste his/her time. oh please sudip... keep your clarifications with yourself. you seem to be the part o[censored]niversity.
So Mr Sudip. are you working in ICFAI or what? Have you ever seen a university where passing marks for an exam is 55% that to for a distance learning program, though % required to take admission for this program is just 45%. So if ICFAI wants to maintain some standards then the %marks required for the admission should also be 55% but no in that case they will lose money from the student taking admisssion having less than 55% marks. Very money minded.I haven't seen any university collecting all the fees upfront for a distance learning program.
I bet you Mr Sudip, it's not just about 55% marks you can't clear there exam even after 2-3 attempt.

yes vivek... thats very true.. this university just earn by the enrollment fee firstly and then charging nearly 25-50 numbers of examination fees from 1 student . what a wonderful way of earning right Mr. sudip and Mr SSD

I m not supporting the university. May be there is some other reason. In distance learning enrolling into MBA program under ICFAI University is open to all, which gives an opportunity to everyone. And then everyone start thinking that, its easy to clear the exams as its easy to enroll into the program. Thus they may give less focus on study, thinking that little effort is enough for clearing the exam and its goes wrong.
This is my guess, it may not be true. The University can clarify this in better way.
