ICIC Prudential — Non receipt of Investment documents

This is to inform u that i had made an investment of Rs 40,000/In icici through their Ashutosh chaudhuri Avenue branch, of kolkata in the month of May 2010.while making the investment i had requested that the instrument not be send my post but had requested for the instrument to be send across to the branch from where the investment was made to enable me to collect the same in person, as both me and my wife are working.
Three months have passed and regular follow up with both Mr Supratik, The branch manager have yielded no results.
Whenever i make a complaint a flimsy excuse id proffered that they are looking into the matter.
First excuse was that certain papers are not signed hence the documents could not be send by mumbai office.
Second excuse when querying was that instruments are on the way and i would get it in 15Days.
Third excuse was that the documents have been send but have come back to Mumbai office.
Fourth Excuse was that we are trying to retrieve the documents from the courier service.
Fifth Excuse was that the documents have been destroyed and new instruments are being printed afresh.
Now the documents for investments made will take another fifteen days to reach me.
Frankly i feel that i have made a big mistake by investing in ICICI and would advise all my friends and relatives not to invest in a company that would come knocking for investments but would offer poor and shoddy service to customers.
I simply want to know when i can get my investment instruments after the lapse of three months and blatant lies and falsehoods being peddled by the icici staff at Ashutosh Chaudhuri Avene branch of Kolkata
