[Resolved]  Icici Direct — poor service

If you are thinking about to open a account in icici direct then please change your decision because of their Very very very very poor service of them. 3 month back I also applied for the icici direct but every time they reject my application form, which is really very bad. Since 2 month over but the account opening processes is still going on. Through my friend I also find out that they have login problem also, always the login page server is down, so you couldn’t think off trade in a right time and at right price. 2 days back I applied for angel broking in main branch, they opened my account in 2 days and their service is far far better than icici direct.
So my opinion is that please do not open your account in icici direct, otherwise you will lose your money and time. thank you.

ICICI DIRECT — Poor service!

ICICI issues are so gr8 and customer service so poor that u should bring it to the notice of the highest level authority.

Everyone should write to "kamath.[protected]@icicibank.com"

If Mr Kamath is aware of the issues and their extend he will surely take some action.

i dont think merely discussing on the forum or sending email to icici customer care would solve the problem, every customer whenever face should register their complain

ICICI demat services are one of the worst demat account suppliers.They have technical issues during the market hours due to which a customer cannot login to his account and modify his placed orders due to which he has to face losses.....When you call to customer care they give useless options to resolve this issues.PLZ PLZ if you are going to open a demat account you can go for any demat opening companies except icicidirect as they dont have the latest technologies and provide very poooooooor services....

I got 3 DMAT account with them and non of them were functional for more then 2-3 weeks. Pathetic customer service. Stay away from them otherwise your life will be miserable. They are suppose to make things easy but that never happen.
Stay away from ICICIDirect.com. They have pathetic service quality. Not following SEBI mandate.
No point is escalating matters to Head of Service Quality of COO.They are hopeless...

Dont invest through ICICIDirect.com.
Very very poor service, your agent came and taken money fillup the form thats all, not sending the account adn pass words details, now came to know that adress itself wrongly typed on envelop, after repeadly complaining, no one ready to check whats problems, i lost 18.0 lacs. my nake is Rakesh Kumar Tiwari my Mail ID [protected]@wabag.in my ph.[protected]
