Same has been done with me also. They have sold me two policies to me also. Now when I am asking to cancell, they are deducting 55% of my money. This is 100% fraud and injustice

I am Rakesh from Gujarat .I read your complain in consumer Complains.in .I also have been cheated by ICICI Lombard Health Policy they have been given me two Policy by Phone only .I did not sign any documents .How can they start policy ? Can I claim against Co.? What you did ? And then what happen ? My Mob No is [protected].call me please .
I saw many are cheated by ICICI Lombard health co I am going to mail all of them . If we all together fight with co. bank will be finished .All Indian should know how ICICI bank is cheater !

I Had taken ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Policy (Policy No. 4034/FNP/01834742/00/000) by credit card.On the time of Registering they told us the premium will taken from credit card without fine. But they charged fine with premium.So we planned to disclose it after its last premium ie. on 30th Jan 2009.So we complained this at Ernakulam office and they send a sms on 12 02 09 and they will reply in 11 working days. Not yet 16/3/09 they didnot take any action against this and now they are taking amount from my credit card.With out my permission or signing the agreement with them how they can use my CREDIT CARD.

ICICI LOMBARD PLAYING FOUL PLAY WHILE BOOKING HEALTH POLICY BY GIVING WRONG COMMITMANTS TO CUSTOMERS. I WISH TO MAKE YOU ALL AWARE THAT PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING ONLINE OR THRU CUSTOMER CARE ON ICICI LOMBARD.FURTHER PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AT ALL TO ICICI LOMBARD CUSTOMER CARE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL FIND YOUR SELVES IN A TROUBLE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL REFLECT POLICY AMOUNT WHICH YOU DID'NT INTEND TO BOOKED AT ALL.
IT WILL BE CUMBERSUM TASK TO GET CANCELL YOUR POLICY AND THAT IS ALSO AT THE COST OF HEFTY CANCELLATION CHARGES WHICH YOU WILL FORCE TO PAY AT NO FAULT OF YOURS.
FURTHER DON'T BOOK THE POLICY UNLESS AND UNTILL YOU READ THE POLICY DOCUMENTS, WHICH IS TOTALLY ONE SIDED IN FAVOUR OF ICICI LOMBARD ONLY.
I AM CONTEMPLATING TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST ICICI LOMBARD IN CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS COMPLAINT BEFORE ISURANCE REGUALTORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
I WILL ADVISE PEOPLE TO CHECK CREDENTIAL BEFORE BOOKING POLICY.
