[Resolved] ICICI Lombard Gic Ltd — INCORRECT COMPANY CONTRIBUTION IN PF | |||
I HAVE A DOUGHT THAT MY EXISTING EMPLOYER ICICI LOMBARD IS CONTRIBUTING IN EPF ACCOUNTS IN A INCORRECT RATE.AS PER MY PF ACCOUNT STATEMENT PROVIDED BY ICICI LOMBARD IT IS REFLECTING THAT THEY DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE THE SAME AMOUNT TO MY PF ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY CTC ON MONTHLY BASIS.I WANT TO CLEARIFY THE PERCENTAGE OF AMOUNT THAT A COMPANY HAS TO CONTRIBUTE TO ITS EMPLOYEES PF ACCOUNT.IF MY DOUGHT IS RIGHT THEN HOW CAN I RECOVER MY COMPANSATION FROM MY EMPLOYER?KINDLY SUGGEST ME IN THIS REGARD. ICICI Lombard — Want to know my PF number
I have worked in ICICI Lombard from 9th April 2007 to 8th Jan 2008 and I am yet to receive my PF amount.I would like to know my PF number and procedure to apply for the same. My details are as follows

My name is Vasanth nayak submited my Letter dated 12/7/2010 for the non payment of PF contribution by employer name is M/s MAHALASA ENTERPRISES the Account No. MH/94727 coverage started from Jan 2005. employer deducted my contribution from salary but neiter issued me slips nor issued me my account No. so please look in to the matter and reply me soon

I am Mr. Vasanth nayak complaint letter dt 12/07/2010 with your PF Office at Kandivali (W) Charkop. for the non payment of PF Contribution in my Account No.by M/s Mahalasa Enterprises. Firm had coverage from Jan 2005 Account No. MH/94727, the employer neither issued me Account No. nor issusing me Silps of the year. I submitted my letter with Your PF Dept, till date i have not received any reply from your PF Dept please look in to the matter and send me reply as early as possible.Thanks & regards

PF — PF Contribution
My name is Sheetal Chawla. My PF No. is DL/36092/263. I have submitted my PF withdrawl form on 1st March. After 4months on 7th july i got 1cheque deposited in my account. now i am still waiting for my other cheque as now 1more month is over. Can you plz help me out for this.
