dear sir, Please rectify my prob. a/c no.[protected] complain no. 241/820425 Actually mane apna amount Bank of India k sever error 08/07/2012 ki wajhe dubara mere a/c main cr. 500 Rs.nahi hua jis k liy mane apne local branch main complain ki but vo reject kar diya gaya phir ish k liy unho ne customer care per contact kar ne k liy kaha jaha per bhi mane continue 5 time bat ki ,three month ho gaya hai . customer care per meri continu bat ki but koi sulution nahi hua first meri bat soyab ji s hui jis k liy mujhe complainer se continu bat hoti rahi 1.) shoyab G17 days mange 2.) kalpesh G three day's 3.) pushpa Gone week 4.) rani G one week 5.) kaviraj Gone week phir finaly Team leader Yateen G s contect hua unho n kaha kk Pre-Harbartion k according amount rewart nahi aaya aur last mujhe Mr. Dipankar Day G se contect kr ne k liy kaha
