[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — Bank not completing request for last 15 days

I have a salary account and one employee reimbursement account with idbi on 4th may i submitted a request with them to kindly link my ERA account with my Debit Card. And at that time they told me it will be done in 4-5 working days and now after 10 working days it is still not done. I have been taking follow up with the bank everytime i complaint against them they give a time of two more days due to them i am not able to withdraw money from my account.My account Details are as follow
