IDBI Home Loan — NON PROCESSING OF FURTHER LOAN AS ASSURED

My Home loan a/c is [protected] with sol id 012 taken from IDBI Bank, Shakespeare Sarani Branch in Kolkata. While sanctioning the original loan for the flat, they assured a garage loan and enhancement of the current loan to 85% of the property value at a later date. I booked the garage and paid 15% with my own funds. Then, when I approached them for sanctioning the loan, they collected all necessary documents required for sanctioning the loan. Then suddenly all concerned in IDBI bamk became mum and started to avoid my calls. Suddenly, after a month they said that because of change in some rules, the loan cannot be sanctioned. My reputation has taken a serious dent as I have become a defaulter. All home loan seekers - don't go for IDBI Bank. They are simply WORTHLESS.
