i purchased new idea postpaid connection on 2 september,2010.that is not activated till now,i have submitted all required documents.i contact to nearest ditributer from where i take this number name harshita enterprises,farrukh nagar gurgaon.they talk to their senior Rajneesh Lamba senior sale executive, mob. no. [protected] is not taking any action.they do nothing.An another senior Shushok gupta did nothing. please do somhing to activate my no.[protected].and my running no.is [protected]. idea,aditya birla group — unauthorised deduction of currency
i am manoj,using number [protected]. Idea network providing company has cheated me by deducting a sum of rs. 99 on 20th march 2012 from my mobile currency without a proper reason. When enquired about this in the idea customer care, it was answered in a negligent manner and calls were rejected abruptly. Incidents like this are harassing the customers and that is how these companies are building their assets over graves of common people...
