My mobile no is [protected]. Without my consent, M2W Stock subscription as well as Missed call charges have been deducted from my account. I have naver requested to activate the same. Message is sent to me by IZ-55456 THROUGH CENTRE;[protected].I strongly protest to this unlawful deduction in which no consent has been taken from the consumer. I request you to withdraw this facility otherwise I am compel to lodged a formal complaint.

Idea — Amount deducted from my balance without my approval

I have a prepaid mobile no. [protected].

On (27/10/2009 11:10am), I have received a message that “You have been subscribe to Idea Punjabi Portal Services”.

When I check my balance, I found that Rs.30 have been deducted from my balance.

I have given no request to subscribe to Idea Punjabi Portal Services then why Rs 30 is deducted from my balance?

Please help me in this and return my amount which is deducted from my balance.

we have using idea network from 4 yers the account balance is deducted from my balance .we have not activates any scheme.though we are consulting coustmer care they are not responding.its nit the good way

My number is [protected]. i am also facing the same problem. without my knowledge. i have been subscribed to IZ-55456 and Rs. 5/- are being deducted every cricket day. i called the idea call center to deactivate the service about 6 times still Rs 5 are being deducted ever cricket day and they are not deactivating the service. I request you to credit the Rs 5/- per day charged unlawfully and deactivate the IZ-55456
