[Resolved] Idea Cellular (Balance) — Balance Deduction again and again without information

Please note that I have prepade mobile connection no. [protected] from Idea Cellular. my comaplaint is this idea celllar deduct my account balance any time and wihout any information. i have been facing this problem for last 3 months. i have already complaint 3 or 4 times. Even on contacting Customer care says sorry for that sir. next time will be not this thing. but condition are same. nobody take a action regarditn this problem , and now i have fretreted.

Please do the needful to action..

Idea Cellular — balance deduction without information

deduction of money without customers knowledge

Dear Sir,
1.I Banbari Lal Sharma Using idea Mobil No [protected]
My Balance two time deduct (09.06.10 & 11.06.10) Rs 5.00+5.00
i contacted their customer care no 4444.To my surprise nobody from the customer care could solve the problems instead i was asked to hold my call for 8 mins without any reasons.
after 8 minut complent received but not solve my complent

please take action and advice me

IDEA / MOBILE SERVICE — Without information Balance Deduction

Dear sir / Madam

Without any request o[censored]ser(by me. Mobile no-[protected])many times so many facility activated like music Service, ring tone, special car offer, and some other kind of offer they activated automatically and when by asking at idea customer care that why these facility are activated they blame us that you requested for that, what a non sense! And many time they deducted money from idea balance and while asking they reply Sorry the Amounts can not refound. It’s my sincere request to you that look into matter and stop this kind of fraud/cheating otherwise I have to stop use of idea SIM and it’s not about only stopping the facility but I will take other measure for this cheating if not resolved.

Idea Cellular — Deduction of mobile balance without information

Dear Sirs,

Many time It has been observed that the balance automatically deducted from my Idea Mobile No. [protected], Rs.30 on 30 Nov`11 , Rs.30 on 31st December`11 and Rs. 30 on 31st January’2012. (Total deduction 90/-). And after taking with customer care never got any satisfactory answer.

In latest case on 31/01/12 noon I have received sms that your mirchi mobile service has been reactivated (But I have not got this offer, This offer has started automatically) & my balance of Rs. 30 was deducted automatically.

I complaint regarding this on customer care as well as to nodal officer. but they didn't took any action. so suggest me what should I do next to get back my account balance.

How a service is provided without my permission and balance is deducted without any information ?

This type of cheating should be highly punishable.
