[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Manipal tariff

Sir, i'm using spice manipal sim for 4 years. Earlier i was in plan 10paisa manipal idea. Now with out informing us they shifted to 50paisa. Since other operators have 10paisa, 25ps plan we are forced to shift as student offer made cheating by idea. SPICE was always trusted company. U made the name low. Tel sorry to us 1st i[censored] want progress in idea . Best wishes to such a step only.

ya i agree with nikil how can idea people change tariff sudenly?
they not even informed us...plz get back our tariff. or else v all frnds and every1 will withdraw from idea sim

i too agree with the complaints.., this is not a good service to a customer who have long run with spice i, e IDEA which came in and made a life of hell with their IDEA, this should bring in to notice and make some fair decision in manipal spice tariff plan, you cant take the tariff as the company decision here the customer
plays the important role, me and behalf of my many friends using the manipal spice uth plan has been changed and this should be brought back with in short time, this is a request and customer feed back towords to service of IDEA, this is a question to you make a fair desicion..

Idea Cellular — Latest Tariff Plans- Not made to know by the Customer.

Idea has recently floated an idea- a Tariff Plan of 1 ps/ 1sec throught out the Country and Mr. Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Marketing Officer, Idea Cellular has released on 31st October 2009, a PRESS RELEASE as appearing from the website. In the said press release Idea has decided allowing its subscribers to pay per second for calls across all its circles, nationally.Stating further that"IDEA has always been at the forefront of innovation and committed to offering world class mobile telephony services at affordable value. With our new per second plan, IDEA subscribers will now not only get the best network in the country but also get to choose from a range of affordable tariff plans suiting their mobile communication needs.
I AM IN AGREEEMNT WITH THE BEST SERVICE AND HENCE I HAVE NOT CHOSEN ALTERNATIVE OPERATOR. BUT.........
MY COMPLAIN, AS AN SUBSCRIBER IS A VERY SIMPLE THAT; AS TO WHY SUCH TARIFF PLANS ARE NOT MADE KNOWN TO IDEA'S SUBSRIBERS BY THE COMPANY - EVEN NOT TO THEIR AGENTS TO WHOM THE SUBSCRIBERS ARE APPROACHING EASILY. THERE OUGHT TO BE SOME PRINTED LITERATURE WITH THE SUBSRIBERS- FOR SELECTING PLANS. OTHERWISE IT IS AN " CHKRAVYUH"

& GPRS UNINTERRUPTED.
AS U GOT A BULK OF COMPLAINTS REGARDING CHETING ON MANIPAL PLAN U DID CORRECTION ON 10/MIN PAISE ISSUE SOLVED.

GPRS WAS AVAILIABLE OF 49 PLAN UNINTERRUPTED ON ROAMIN(AS A USER I NEED IT )
SEE EVERY COMPANiES SUPPORT IT ..
U IDEA PEOPLE STILL CHEATING...
ROAMING ON KERALA ALMOST IS LIKE A WASTE IN CONNECTIVITY...AND GPRS MONTHLY 49 RS GONE..NO SYMBOL AT ALL//
