[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deduction of balance without any uses | |
I am a prepaid Idea cellular subscriber. An amount of Rs. 817 had been deducted from my Idea Number account on 7th Dec for using GPRS. But i am dead sure that i had not used the idea GPRS at that day. The Idea cellular is claiming that the deductions are correct in each and every term. I had tried to contact them several time via mail and Customer Care no. But they have the same answer. And Nowadays they have blocked me to call to customer care (voice as well as e-mail) If let us suppose that i had used the GPRS at that day then also it is not possible that in a single minute there would be 129 hit to the server with each time downloading a bulk data as given below. This info is based on the uses sheet provided by there Customer Care. I had tried several times to let them understand the fact that this much of data download is not possible in a single day. It requires at least 4-5 days. But they have the same answer that deductions are correct in each and every term. Now they are not responding to my mail and also i am unable to contact their customer care because they might blocked my call to customer care. An authorized sum of Rs 140 was deducted from my IDEA prepaid account [protected] on 28th Dec 2009 . When i called customer care to verify they told that I have subscribed to a welcome tone on 28th December 2009 due to which Rs 140 was deducted from my account. But I am very sure that I have not subscribed to any such service. IDEA CELLULAR has automatically subscribed the service and had deducted Rs 140 from my balance. A similar problem occurred last month .A deduction of Rs 60 was made on November 2009 on same ground of subscribing welcome tone while I had not subscribed it. At that time I called customer care and had unsubscribed all the services so as to prevent such problem in future . But again this time they have deducted Rs 140 on same false ground that I have subscribed welcome tune, while I have unsubscribed all the services last month. On repeated calls to customer care they are not giving any accurate explanation for this. Please help me to recover the lost money and to prevent company from making such unauthorized deduction in future.
