I want to surrender my Post paid Idea Net Setter no.[protected] which has not in use from last two months though I have made payment of all the dues as asked by you and is also inactive now. The fact has been intimated to your call centre several times but no action has been taken from your end. Please note that I am surrendering the said connection with immediate effect.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am not sure if this is the way it has to eb done to surrender Post paid SIMS.
I have two connections(Rajasthan circle) and have moved to Noida 4 months back.

Customer care is informing me that i need to surrender the SIM Card only in Rajasthan.This is a little baffling and annoying.
Person cannot be asked to travel back to earlier circle just to surrender a SIM.

Please consider these numbers for deactivation.
Unnecessary payments are made every month.Solicit help to stop this nuisance.

It is very bad experience from IDEA Celluler that they have lodged a complaint in Delhi Court for non payment of Rs. 545.74 only. It is very shameful for me.
