Idea Cellular has deducted my money from my balance without any information. Now they deducted my money by activating the MASTI PACK without any information and this pack charges is Rs.-10/ 7 days.they send me a sms for information after activating the pack. please help me in Deactivating this masti pack and getting my money back, Please deactivate MASTI PACK service.MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected](Maharashtra). i will be very thankfull to you

Even in my MOBILE also it is activated, and it is being activated without any confirmation. Please deactivate it.

Idea — Charging for SMS without my request

Dear Sir,

Sub:my moble no.[protected]

I have not requested for NEWS UPDATES by SMS daily.Despite my request to stop sending ,the company has not bothered.On 25th my account is debited by Rs.30 for renewal! I request you to stop sending SMSes and recredit the amount.
