[Resolved] Idea Cellular — No activation of DND service on Mobile even on Submission of Request Multiple times | |||
I have submitted requests to IDEA Cellular via Customer care and SMS for activating the DND-Service which is a Right for any consumer, many a times. Having asked for activation of this service, twice via SMS and twice through Customer Care representatives, I was assured of the service within 24 hours each time. However I still receive CALLS and TEXT SMS from IDEA regarding schemes and plans and services - indicating the careless and no-value-to-customers attitude of IDEA Cellular. This is highly annoying and I am personally in no intention of continuing with IDEA, neither would I recommend it to anyone. servise are barred by idea cellular while give valid id proof again and again. when we submitted the Id proof my no is start and after some days barred again.63%
