Dear sir idea which is a large telecom operator in india .but as per my knowledge they are the huge cheater in telecom industry .
as they are suppose to deduct unwanted vas service charges without clients information .as i have already talked with their customer care yogesh ( he didnot disclose his name ) fore more than 12 times regarding this . but there is no positive response.

as they are suppose to deduct unwanted vas service charges without clients information .NOw VAS services has been activated without my confirmation.Before that some IMS pack has been actived with any approval.my balance was Rs 270 on 2nd of august .now its becomes Rs 170.Please inquire all the activities and return my money.
