[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — security deposit

Dear Sir,

I have not received any updates on the same .
The recharge was done without my concern, we had given the document at idea store, they said that my deposit will be send to me within 90 days, still now I have not received it, but a recharge of 1742.38 was done, I don’t want the recharge, kindly refund my money.

I would like to inform that I have Idea GSM Connection almost 10yrs post-paid, recently I have converted to pre-paid. MY Mobile no is [protected]
There was an ISD Security amount in my account, I was informed that the chq for the amount will be send to my mailing address after 90 days, but yesterday I have received a recharge of 1742.38 in my mobile.
I had not requested to recharge my account with the same amount . without my concern it was recharged, so kindly send my amount to my mailing address .
I had call up cc care they did not help me .
