[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Conversion from idea prepaid to postpaid | |||
I have a Idea Prepaid connection. 15 days, Idea Executive called me asked me for convert to Postpaid.Then I said ok. their Executive approached me and collected documents and money (300/-) and executive given one SIM to me. Now they are not responding with call or message.It is nearly 12 days over after they receive my money and documents. Now they are saying that documents which i have submitted is not sufficient/adequate. And the SIM which they have given to me is not activated. Idea — fraud conversion of prepaid to postpaid number
I got a call from idea number [protected] that my number has been selected for a promotional scheme under which i need to pay rs 650 and my local idea calls would be 10 paise per second std 25 paise/sec, roaming 50paise/sec and one idea number on which i can call free for 2 yearsThey told me their executive will come and take the money from me and give me the slip and then the scheme will be activated. the executive come at my office took the sum of rs 650 on 6 june and the scheme is not activated i did called the executive he told me to wiat for few days.
But the scheme did not got activated and I decided to go to my idea showroom they told me that it is a fraud and you must register the complaint against it
I'm also registering FIR aginst this fraud and i request you to take the matter to Idea so that they can take necessary action against it.
