Dear concerns,
This is really pathetic experience through one of the largest cellular services company in India. I have got an Idea connection ([protected]) 3 years back. During december'2010, because of delay in payment (It was the very first instance when my payment was delayed), Outgoing calls were barred on my connection. I made the payment at the earliest and thanks to Idea for re starting my number however, the ISD calls were yet barred. I tried contacting Customer service but the responses were ridiculous. People sitting to help were actually harassing. Besides all my follow ups and all the false commitment made by Idea employees to restart my ISD calls, a month and a half passed but SO DISAPPOINTINGLY, services were not resumed. Finally. I started warning the Idea employees that i would surrender the number to which I got the reply "Whatever you want do, go ahead but the ISD will not be facilitated on your number". I was stunned and i decided not to pay even a single rupee against this pahetic services and the same I mentioned to the Idea call center to which, instead of helping me, the CCE said that "It will be very easy for us to retireve the payment". I want my connection back with the services activated. I am not at all going to entertain any of the legal action taken against me because I was forced by the Idea employees and so I defaulted.
