[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Did not receive balance amount | |||
Honourable Consumer court, I had made a recharge of INR 15 to my idea cell no [protected] yesterday i.e on 19/8/2013 at around 5:30 PM through an agent.But I did not receive any message of receival of balance or recharge amount. When I enquired in the Idea customer care they repeatedly gave false answers and kept saying that the system is down. How can India's no 1 Internet service provider's system will be done for 24 hours. sir,please help me to get my refund of INR 15 back to my account.
