my mobile no. is [protected], its a corporate postpaid connection, in this i can make free calls to other corporate nos., but in bill of September 2013 they charge on these calls also.., when i tell that to customer care then they said that you activated divert calls, but i didn't pick calls from other no.([protected]) at which i divert my no. and i am 200% sure that i didn't pick calls because this is also my other no., but still they are saying that if divert is activated then cug calls will b charged, what is this? if i am not picking up divert calls from the no at which i divert it so how they can charger? i am not a new user ok. i know when divert calls will b charged and when not and i did it many times, so please dont try to make me fool. the other corporate no. is [protected] at which i call. soft copy of bill is also attached .
