[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Fraudulence by agent

i was offered a tariff plan by an agent of idea who offered me a corporate connection, worth rs 300 to convert the prepaid into post paid, i bought 2 connection from him and paid 600 on 11/3/2013, he said it ll get done in 3 days, within 5 days i submitted my all IDs to him after which he said now it will take only more 3 days but till now i haven't got any service from him, neither he is picking up my call nor he is responding in any way. once he picked my call i asked him to refund the money as its already a long period but after that call he is not picking. he is having all my id proofs.
