[Resolved] Idea Cellular — SIM Registration Failed | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am using Idea GSM No.[protected] from last 5 yrs. Suddenly my SIM registration failed on dtd.29.10.2011, i was went to My Idea Shop - Anjar (Dev Telecom ) On dtd.30.10.2011. they told me that you have to changed SIM and submitted Necessary document, I have submitted my documents and photo on 01.11.2011 and got new SIM being Sr.No.[protected].and they said that SIM will be activated within 48 Hrs. After 03 days I went to My Idea Shop - Anjar. And asked reason. They said that you have to change your Second SIM and they issued my new SIM being Sr.No.[protected]. And also I have contacted Idea person Mr.Nitesh – Gandhidham (Kutch) Mobile No.[protected] on dtd.16.11.2011and he informed me that SIM will be activated within 12 Hrs. the next day he is not attending my Phone. Hi,
I am Jinessh mathew, from kerala.I am one of your Idea customer since 2006.I bought one idea SIM card 8 years before, that number is [protected].Yesterday unfortunately its showing "SIM card registration failed".I didn't get any information or SMS regarding about the disconnection.So how I will activate this connection again.Because this number is important to me.My all banking, Government sectors this number was already registered.At least they can inform me before the disconnection.This matter I informed to your customer service, But they are they are helpless I think this number is in safe custody before. In this 8 year period I never try to port this number also, because I like your service.Why they do like this?Please check my previous history also.Around 4 years I am using this SIM card in Abu Dhabi.Now I am in Abu Dhabi.So please do a solution for this.I need this same SIM number.So please do the needful as soon as possible.

My idea number is: [protected]. I did not use it for 23 days and now it is showing that sim registration is failed" while inserting the sim into my mobile. Please suggest me what to do.

i m using idea since last 5yrear with the no. of [protected]
but from 16-02-11 i m facing problem of sim registration failed since than i went 12 13times to idea care office situated in millennium plaza near lal ganga shoping mall,Raipur(c.g) but no fruitfull response is shown by them to solve my problem.i m facing lots of problem due to this so i kindly request you to do something to solve my problem a fast action expected
