[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Improper service

I am a customer of Idea cellular with no [protected].

I had requested for a caller tune which was suppose to say my name Mrinal

but as the tune was activated it changed my gender and was playing Mis Mrinal

I made a request for rectification of this problem but it was taking too much time

Thus i had to deactivate my caller tune as soon as possible to save me form some embarrassment it and my request no is[protected]

Further they are going to charge me Rs 30/- for the services which embarrassed me and was deactivated by my side as a precaution.

I would request you to help me get the refund of the charges.
