Myself Mohammad Abdul Kareem residing at Siddipet, Medak District. My cell number is [protected]. I had recharged with rupees 25 for 500 mb gprs pack on 14/09/2013 through online by selecting the gprs pack.
But i got the idea to idea 90 minutes local and message offer for 4 days validity. please refund my amount or give me gprs package of 25 rupees.
this is simply frauding the customers. people wont believe the company if this is prolonged.
kindly take the necessary action for this by providing the gprs balance.
