My service provider activate fun to joke services automatically since last 3 month and deducted 30/- every time.
Every time i deactivate this service they activated automatically and when we complaint about it they say you activate it so please try to refund of my balance...

my name is harshit my no is, on 11/11/2013 in night time approx 12:21 AM i recharge with 5 rs 20 mb net (*800*5#) plan and start using net, when i was using net my 84 rs reduced from my main account.
i have discussed with customer care
officer, but they arent
giving me the reason why my main
balanced is reduced. they cut my data(5mb) from my free 20 mb at same time the cut my 84 rs..
I have a proof of recharge message in my inbox and also have a recording of call with costume care officer.
I want my money back
