Idea Cellular Ltd. — bonus talk time and my music

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using the services of Idea for a number of years and have recommended a number of people to use the same, but of late the services of this company have gone from bad to worse.

1. I had got my cell ([protected]) charged on the 19th of december 2010 under a scheme of full talk time for rs. 275 and under this the bonus talktime of rs 25.68 was to be provided after 4 hours. I have spent a lot of my time and money to get this, but till date this has not been provided. I have spoken to the call center no 12345 two times (and even to Mr Deepesh, the supervisor). They claim it has been credited and provide a lot o[censored]seless details. They claim that it has been sent, but it has not been added to my account till date. This has happened earlier two times. Hence, i am compelled to put in the complaint. Although the amount is small, but it speaks a lot about the intentions of the company and their methods of generating profit. Just imagine the profit they will make by duping thousans of other such consumers. I now understand why they give bonous talktime after four hours as many people forget about it. This method should be stopped immediately and the full talktime should be credited immediately. .

2. This is my second complaint as no action has been taken on the earlier one and a new problem has come up.
Rs. 49 has been deducted from my balance as a subscription towards "My Music" whereas I have not subscribed for this service. In this regard, i contacted the local office near 10 no. stop they registered the complaint vide nos. [protected] and [protected] on January 25, 2011 for reversal of rs 49 and addition of bonus talk time. The last date for taking action was January 27, 2011, but till date (feb 1, 2011) nothing has been added to my account. I have been only getting msg that action is being taken. With number portability available, many people will switch companies who do not fulfill terms of agreementI have been approaced by other providers to switch both my idea nos and am seriously considering it.
