[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Issue about Plan | |
Dear Sir I am Vijay Phutela. I am using a corporate connection of Idea cellular on the behalf of MINDA FURUKAWA ELECTRIC PVT LTD which is [protected] it covers under Plan Chek de India 300 plan + CUG free. But still My Bill amount includes the CUG feature charge of Rs. 25.00 every month. When I talk to the customer care executive Mr. Gurjeet & Mr. Dinesh then his response was not satisfactory. He replied me that I have to approach Ur customer care local office at Rewari. Which is not possible for me as I am staying at Gurgaon. My bill is having the addition charges for CUG feature from the last six month, but when I saw the detail bill of my colleague there is no feature charges.So if I have the Corporate scheme & other my colleagues using the same plan & not having the charge for CUG feature then why only my no. having this addition charges. My plan is T431-Matrix 225 plan Mistakely i change my plan to T635-My idea149 please i want my previous plan T431-Matrix 225 Plan.

I want to lodge a serious complaint and I also want to came in your kind knowledge that, I am using an idea postpaid connection having no. [protected] which was running under 36 months arp plan. But on 13th July 2009 when I received its monthly bill, in which you did migrate its plan in any other plan without my acknowledgement or permission. When I talked with your representative at helpline he told me that it was done with my permission in the month of April 2009, I was so surprised what he was saying which was totally incorrect. I don’t have any idea about this fraud.
I request you to take a serious step in this matter for remigrate my connection in previous 36 months arp plan as it was without any delay, otherwise I will take my this complaint into the knowledge of TRAI and we will also discussed this matter into Consumer Court very soon.
