[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — receiving of massages after DND activation

I'm a costumer of Idea celluler company since 2005 ([protected]) and I have also activated DND service in 2005. after that I have received so many promotion massagies. I have complaint every time to the company. company always told me that I have mail to that particular company But still I'm receving promotion massage.

I Have activated DND Service on my Mobile before 1 Year. But Prmotion SMS still getting. I have many time Complaint to the Custcare 12345 but not getting any response till yet.
