Dear Sir,
We have paid Rs. 4,500/- towards IDEA on 03/11/2009. & given SMS for activation also .
We have taken your new connection of IDEA & paid for international roaming also .
Our Director is in Brazil now & he is not able to contact us due to non activation & network problem of our IDEA mobile connection.
We have sent 2 -3 mails to customer care as follows :
Pl do it urgently.
I have forwarded complaint also thru customer care Ms. Nirali. She is telling that your server / system is down . So what is the use to select your connection.
Why this delay ? pl give us the reason .
Pl make it active urgently. & give your guidance to select proper network at Sao Paulo Brazil.

As far as possible try to contact on this number and pl. have a talk with our Director, as he couldn't contact to us .a
