[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — Can u stop the customer services call & Messages

Hello all,

I have been using the IDEA prepaid for about 2 yrs or more...
One thing I am so disturbed about IDEA is its promotional calls, messages and advertisements.

Even it is more when I am in roaming. It deducts Re 1 for each call I accept unnecessarily...

Can anyone suggest me how to stop all these...

Last five year iam using the idea Prepaid connetion .now a day there is lot unnecessary advertisement call can u stop the call & messages ? Messages will comes midnight 1.00am

The idea customer care daily call 15-20 unnecessary incoming call to my cell phone.
I have trouble. Please stop calling me unnecessary incoming call & SMS TOO on my cell no. [protected]

I am also receiving unnecessary calls from idea customer care while i am riding bike or driving car or doing any urgent work, when i am in hospital visit, can anybody stop it .

I am using idea since last 3/4 years it became horrible now.Whenever i tried to contact customer care swervice for stopping these call they dont provide option for the same.Please help us

Same problem, i am so fed up and mad at my prepaid idea Cell phone connection. After every hour, i receive these stupid promotional messages and calls and I don't know how to stop it. Last alternative is to cut this connection and get a new connection from some other company...

Dear Sir,

I am a Idea cell phone user my number is ([protected]). This is on my sister ID. Last two years from now I am receiving unnecessary phone call and messages (advertisements).I am totally disturbed from this type of calls and messages.Please stop this kind of calls and messages.
Today 11/04/2010 I got message that my cell number is activated for the RBT service, without any request from my side & cut 15rupees from my account. I want to close this service & 15 rupees back in my account.I also face this type of problem before it.In July 2009 JOKE service is activated in my number without any request. It is stopped after 6 time complain after 3 to 4 month.

I recd 10-15 promoping calls and sms daily. As i am busy in my own job i dont have time to read all this .i made a complain against it to stop this service but there is no response at all further they say it will take 45 days to stop this. As i dint request u to start this service so plz stop it immediately ,it harrass me. Literally i am thinking that i am trapped by buying idea sim, but anyway i[censored] will not response i have to change the sim card. Plz consider my request .

I am receiving lots of promotional messages and calls even during odd times.One more concern is each day Rs. 5/- is deducted for some or the other contest. Please stop playing these games or idea will loose all its customers.
