This is Dilip singh i was using my postpaid connection of Idea services since september2012 and in every month i used to pay the bill accordingly. IN the month of novemebr2012 i got a message that my incoming and outgoing has been deactivated because of i have cross the credit limit which i have been allotted and i was not aware about that because the sales person didn't told me anything about that. i said several times that please send me the bill statement of November month then i will pay the bill otherwise not but the company didnt sent me so far.
On 23rd march2013, i got a news from one of my friends that i got a case file regarding forgery. There are two ladies from delhi Ms. Payal jain [protected] and Ms sneha gupta [protected] has called to my friends aswel as my relatives and threatning and using abusive language that there is case file charges on dilip singh. One of my sister got the call and Ms sneha gupta was using slang language and asking that what the relation between you two people why there are lot of call on ur number from dilip singh, MY sister told that i don't know anything and why you people are calling me and threatning. Ms payal jain and Ms sneha gupta told that dilip has given your reference until or unless i didn't gave any reference of my sister who lives in punjab and if i am using my number in mumbai then how i can give the ref. of punjab. My sister was shocked and she was fully scared and being nervous.
I want to case a file on these two Ladies Ms. Payal jain [protected] and Ms sneha gupta [protected] for threatning using abusive language and mis behaviour that how they can called to my relatives or my friend to threat and for misbehaviour to recover the money aswell as these two ladies also was shouting on me and harrased.
I have deposited my bill of Rs 1500/- but still i didnt get my statement.
