Idea Cellular Ltd. — Incoming & Outgoing Call Details

I am using an Idea no # [protected] which i am using from more than 4 years. Since, i am in urgent requirement of my Incoming & Outgoing call details i have contacted Idea customer care. But at this time of emergency, i am getting a message that they will not be operational for the next 24 hours from the point of the call made at around 15:30 pm.
I would require help at the earliest, immediate assistance would be appreciated.
