My name is Nupur Patel and my no is[protected] and I am very disappointed in idea and it's services. Without my knowledge and doing absolutely nothing I have been charged 30 rupees for apalya on 04/10/2013, then for fun n entertainment from symbiotic on 06/10/2013, and now today 08/10/2013 for fun Zone from symbiotic. None of these services I ever signed up for and now everytime I recharge they slash off 30 rupees for these unbelievable services. I called idea customer service said I need to deactivate the but he'll there is no record of these when I try to deactivate vast services by calling 12345 so how in hells name cannot I stop these completely. My hard earned money is getting waisted and stolen from idea and it's affiliates without my consent or knowledge absolutely mind boggling. I need my 90 rupees to be credited back to my no... Immediately.
